If you are an existing InterVoice customer who would like to leverage your InterVoice investment by enhancing current applications, or modifying existing one, consider ST. Below are areas which our voice response experience can benefit your organization: 

InterVoice  End-of-Life (EOL):  After 20 years and more than 23,000 systems shipped InterVoice announces the End of Life on their IQ-Talk, IQTalk core product. Microsoft End-of-Life for WIN2003 July 2015.

Please note: given the static nature of IVR DTMF development over the past twenty-five years, it is not unreasonable to assume that a current InterVoice user could continue to use their existing InterVoice software & hardware for the next decade, giving their touch-tone customers excellent products and services, without having to upgrade.  We are able to take your existing InterVoice OS & Application Code and re-install running WIN2008.  We are also currently working on making WIN2012 compatible with IQ-Talk.  

Customized InterVoice Application Programming.  ST has for the past twenty-years worked on InterVoice Programming from the text-based I-FORM development platform to the latest version of their graphical development tool, InVision Studio with VoiceXML.  This allows us to develop and modify applications for a wide range of InterVoice run time environments.  If you need help with speech recognition development, touch-tone applications, or call center integration support (screen pop, web enabling tools, etc.) our development team can work with you from system design through production cut over to ensure a successful system implementation.

InterVoice System Upgrades.  If you are needing to move to Windows 2008 or Windows 2012 we can help. We can offer inexpensive upgrades to existing platforms thus extending the life of your InterVoice IVRs.  We have extensive knowledge of the Telebank software from ITI, Jack Henry, Fiserv and Symitar.  Once you receive your new Server the upgrade can be installed within the hour at your location!

Microsoft will not be offering Security Patches, updates nor support after July 2015.  If you need to move to a currently support OS like WIN2008 and stay on your current script without re-writing or any programming effort or cost, you have an option with us.

Hardware & Help Desk Support Services.  ST can provide yearly maintenance contracts at discounts. ST also provides these support services for End-of-Life (EOL), InterVoice platforms. Thus you can extend the life of your InterVoice platform, and do so inexpensively.  We also will place hot spare parts at your location, during the life of your support contract.  This service insures the shortest possible downtime should a part fail.

Our Support Engineers will provide you with immediate product expertise, technical support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.  ST's support, in conjunction with a third-party field service provider, can quickly dispatch a service technician and replacement parts to your site, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with on-site response times of four hours for critical situations based on the maintenance package purchased.  ST's technical support is also available on a Time & Materials basis.  Hence if you are not under support, with us or InterVoice, you can still call us and we will diagnose your systems issues without charge.

Hardware.  ST inventories a large parts inventory of InterVoice IVR's.  We can ship same day and offer warranties up to one year on parts.
